This policy explains what information Boone Trucks ("Boone," "we," "us") collects through this website and through reservations, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need.
Information we collect
Browsing this site. This site has no accounts and does not use advertising trackers. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
Build updates. If you join our email list, we store your email address, when you joined, and the page you signed up from. We use it only to send Boone updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Reservations. When you reserve, you pay through a secure payment form provided by our payment processor, Stripe, which appears on our reservation page. To manage your reservation we receive what checkout requires, such as your name, email address, billing details, and confirmation of payment. Your full card number is handled by the processor and is not stored by Boone.
How we use it
- To record, confirm and manage your reservation.
- To contact you about your reservation and about ordering when it opens.
- To send build updates if you joined our email list.
- To process refunds.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Our payment processor, to take and refund payments.
- Service providers that help run the business, such as email or hosting, only as needed to provide their service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A successor company if Boone is part of a merger or acquisition, under the same protections described here.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation information while your reservation is active and afterward as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you updates. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as the law requires.
Children
This site and reservations are not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the update here and revise the effective date.
